SORP reterence

We conducted two SUCC8ssful and well
att•ndgd Conf•r•nco8 in October 2023
and April 2024. The fomier was hybrid
(in person and vlrtual) and the latter
virtual only. Both heard from excellent
guest speakers from the USA and UK.
The October Conference was also our
Annual Goneral Maetlng which was
conductod in full compllancg with
Charity Commission guidance.
Seven Regional Group8 around the UK
continued to meat both In person and
by Zoom regularly. Tho London
Regional Group wolcomed LifeLines
members from outside the UK to its
virtual meetlngs.
LlfeLin8s membershlp stood at 1004 on
3016124. New membership applications
declined during the year and the
LifeLlnes Committe? Is actlvely
rocruitlng new m8rnbors to meet the
continuing high damand for penfrionds
from men and women on Death Row in
tho USA.
The membors.only LifeLlnas communlty
on Facebook conlinues to thrive with
ovar 250h of LrfeLine8 Members
partlclpatlng.
Our income has agaln exceedod our
expenditure through careful attontion to
Gost8 and sending our nèwsletter, the

As the charity's trustees, you Sre responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('Ihe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's aGcounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below.) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130

concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
