Wigan Street Pastors is supported by volunteers from Churches throughout Wigan Borough who volunteer their time to both train and patrol the Wigan Town Centre on weekend evenings typically 22.00 - 04.00hrs or on various event nights such as Bank Holiday weekends and throughout Celebrations periods such as Christmas/New Year. You **may choose** to include further statements, where We work closely with Local Government and Police as Wigan has relevant, about: attracted up to 16,000 visitors on major event nights such as ‘Mad Friday’ • policy on grantmaking; We attend and participate in various meetings  throughout the year with • policy programme related investment; the MASH ( Multi Agency Safeguarding Team) and also MALT and BSCP • contribution made by Tactical Group Meeting with representation from Emergency Services, volunteers. Drug, Homelessness, Domestic/Child Sexual Exploitation/Abuse partners

Wigan Street Pastors is run 100% by Volunteers and as such running **Brief statement of the** costs are limited to Patrol consumables such as Foil Blankets, Water, **charity’s policy on reserves** Flip flops, Spikeys. Local businesses will donate food or hot drinks should the need arise and sleeping bags, warm clothing for people in need; are donated by Church members from various Churches & Agencies.
