the7slars Foundatlon supports the most challenged young people (aged 16 years old and under) in the United
Kingdom.
In the year 2021-2022 the foundation's gianl programme furthered projeGI delivery under the themes of
'hotnelessness', 'addiction', 'abu5e' and 'child carers, by providing gfanl funding to Gharitable oiganisation$ aligned
to these priorities.
As well as providing grants lo chaiitable organisations, the7stars Foundation's pl¢Jneeiing grant programme {run in
collaboration with CorarN Chamber5) whith offer5 financial 5UPFYJrt to young illdividuals direGlly. has conlinued to
SUPPOtt young people thi5 yeai. This grant programme ￿ open to appliGatsons for funding fiDm prcife55ional
referees within the GhildGarelsoGial setvires, on behalf Df a young person in need.
The Foundation's grant programme was also able lo offer support during the recent Ukrainian refugoB Gri5is. Our
donalions helped young people escape the confli¢L and provided them wth Ihe emotional. social. financial &
physical support that Ihey needed.
Looking ahoad, the Foundatlon wtll b8 conlinulng its longer-term fundlng to charitable organisatlons, as well as
project fundSng that can offèr Immediatè benefits and long-term value. This programme l¢¢ks to en¢ourage
sustainablè dellvery and build ¢apaaly for those smaller organlsations struggling lo achieve funding and
récognttion in the third sector.

the7slars Foundatlon supports the most challenged young people (aged 16 years old and under) in the United
Kingdom.
In the year 2021-2022 the foundation's gianl programme furthered projeGI delivery under the themes of
'hotnelessness', 'addiction', 'abu5e' and 'child carers, by providing gfanl funding to Gharitable oiganisation$ aligned
to these priorities.
As well as providing grants lo chaiitable organisations, the7stars Foundation's pl¢Jneeiing grant programme {run in
collaboration with CorarN Chamber5) whith offer5 financial 5UPFYJrt to young illdividuals direGlly. has conlinued to
SUPPOtt young people thi5 yeai. This grant programme ￿ open to appliGatsons for funding fiDm prcife55ional
referees within the GhildGarelsoGial setvires, on behalf Df a young person in need.
The Foundation's grant programme was also able lo offer support during the recent Ukrainian refugoB Gri5is. Our
donalions helped young people escape the confli¢L and provided them wth Ihe emotional. social. financial &
physical support that Ihey needed.
Looking ahoad, the Foundatlon wtll b8 conlinulng its longer-term fundlng to charitable organisatlons, as well as
project fundSng that can offèr Immediatè benefits and long-term value. This programme l¢¢ks to en¢ourage
sustainablè dellvery and build ¢apaaly for those smaller organlsations struggling lo achieve funding and
récognttion in the third sector.

support to promote happiness in a lime of worry and anxtely,

A contingency balance of £.114,130 has been held. Part allocated to covering ¢osts and the rest tg grant5.
An annual contingency fund of at ieasl £20,000 is cun*irn%d, to ensure the Nnning costs of the Foundalion are

Apart from the flrst charity Tnjsteeg, every Tru'stee must be appoSnted by 8 resolution passèd at a properfy
convened li￿eting of the charity truslees. In selecting Indlvlduals for appointment as ¢harlty Trustees, the charity
triislees must have reg.ard to the skSlls, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administrallon of the

The Charity is exposed to operatFonal and financial risks as a result of its operattng 8clivities.. To milig*e these
risks a system of internal conlrcils has been implemented that is designed to provtde reasonable la]though not
