**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CASTLE COVE, DORSET AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The CIO intend to provide the practical means for the general public to obtain free access to Castle Cove Beach. It is expected that this will involve footpaths and steps. We also intend to maintain the beach to enable the general public to use the beach for recreational and educational purposes. This is expected to include the organisation of beach cleaning events.
