**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATIONAL FIELD AND SPORTS FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE IN-HABITANTS OF BOURNEMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS, AND IN PARTICULAR NORTH BOURNEMOUTH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We run Fernheath Playing Fields in the deprived area of West Howe in Bournemouth.  The field is mainly used for football at weekends and has been shown to reduce anti social behaviour and improve health and well being of residents in the community.  It is also used by dog walkers and other residents for meeting and play by families.  It is run entirely by volunteers who spend many hours there.
