**Activities:** Unleashed aims to empower, nourish and challenge people to change their lives for the better. We enable engagement with the arts and heritage for everyone, whilst focussing on the most underrepresented in society, allowing people to find themselves through creativity in a safe and welcoming space. Arts and heritage are used as tools to encourage people to reach their full potential.
