TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF PARENTS, EXPECTANT PARENTS, CARERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE; AND3. TO RELIEVE AND GIVE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO PARENTS, EXPECTANT PARENTS, CARERS AND YOUNG CHILDREN WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** ECP is a locally based not for profit organisation that exists to deliver Children's Centre and associated services to local families, parents, carers and young children. It does this through leading and managing commissioned contracts from local authorities.
