**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:-•PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS WHERE CHILDREN CAN PLAY, LEARN AND DEVELOP; AND•FURTHERING THE AIMS OF THE OUT OF SCHOOL ALLIANCE; AND •IMPROVING THE FACILITIES OF ST. PAUL’S SCHOOL.

**Activities:** We provide a breakfast club and after school care for the children of St Paul's School, supporting their families during term time by providing high quality Care and Education programmes. We aim to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop, encouraging them to foster a positive attitude and respect for both themselves and others..
