The Charity’s objec1ves are to advance Bible-based Chris1an faith to the glory of God and the honour of Jesus Christ in accordance with the Christadelphian Birmingham Amended Statement of Faith, for the benefit of the Christadelphian community and members of the public, par1cularly in and around Ormskirk through ac1vi1es which include but are not limited to:

The Trustees (known internally as Arranging Brothers) make the prac1cal and spiritual arrangements for the charity, and document these through mee1ng minutes. These are reported, as they occur, to all members of the charity; members review and approve (or change) decisions at Quarterly Business Mee1ngs of all charity members with a quorum of six Ecclesial members en1tled to vote upon the business to be conducted at the mee1ng, at least two of whom shall be arranging brothers. Trustees are elected annually by the charity's members. On this occasion, no new trustees applied, and none of the exis1ng trustees resigned.

We do not have any custodian trustees.

Financial Audit Carried out July 2025 Covering Period 1[st] October 2023 - 30th September 2024 For Ormskirk Christadelphian Ecclesia

The income and expenditure of the ecclesia is correct and continues to be properly managed and recorded in a professional and dedicated manner.

All spreadsheets have been reviewed.

All the membership is consulted and updated in matters of finance through quarterly meetings and the trustees committee meetings.

The total annual income of the ecclesia was £41,518.21 which includes a £14,000 donation from the Christadelphian Hall and Building Society to assist with replacing windows in the ecclesial hall.

The balance of the ecclesia rose from an opening balance of £25,740.86 to at the start of the period to a closing balance of £31,147.55 at the end of the period.

There is no major expenditure envisaged for the foreseeable future. The ecclesia remains in a strong financial position.
