**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROTECT HEALTH AMONG YOUNG AND ELDERLY PERSONS IN PLYMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF, BUT NOT IN PARTICULAR, CORONARY HEART DISEASE PREVENTION PROGRAMS TO THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** Primarily we are a health and fitness suite providing cardiac rehabitlitation for all cardiac and stroke patients and their families. We are fully equipped to help rehabilitate all manner of physical and/or mental health conditions. We are also available to the general public open 6 days a week for anyone from the age of 11 years.
