The Charity prepares receipts and payments accounts and had an income less than £250.000 in the relevant financial year. RESPONSIBILITIES AND BASIS OF REPORT As the trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Att 2011 (the Act). I report in respett of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Dirertions given by the Charity Commission under settion 14515)Ibl of the Art.
