CHARITY NUMBER: 1168063
I report to the trustees on my examinètlon of the accounts of Huntington Under Fives (the Charity)
for the year ended 31st August 2023. The Charity prepares receipts and payment5 accounts and had
an income less than £250,￿0 in the relevant financial year.
RESPONSIBIUTIES ANO BASIS OF REPORT
As the trustees of the Charlty. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in actordante
with the requirements of the Charlties Act 2011 Ithe Act).
I report in respect of my examination of the Chartty's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions 8iven by
the Charity Commlssion under section 1451511bl of the Art.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attentlon In
connettion with the examinatlon giving me cause to believe in any materlal respert that:
