**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE:THE RELIEF OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS BY PROVIDING EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO ANY PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF RAPE OR ARE EXPERIENCING PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE, OR WISH TO ABANDON NEW BORN BABIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING A TEMPORARY SUITABLE REFUGE AND TEACHING SKILLS TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN.

**Activities:** Providing care and assistance to vulnerable women in Ethiopia to discourage abandonment of newborn babies and promote self worth and development of skills to enable these women to support themselves and their children.
