B) To Work With Residents, Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations To Advance Education, Well Being, Mental Health And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare, For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Overall Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For All Residents.c) To Manage Knighton And District Community Centre (hereafter Called Kdcc) And Its Buildings And Assets In Furtherance Of These Objects.
