Report of the Trustees for the Year Ending 31 March 2023
The trustees are pleased to present their annual report and income and expenditure account for the period ended 31 March 2023.
The income and expenditure account complies with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Objectives and Activities
The objectives are:
The prevention or relief of poverty all around the world by providing: grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.
For public benefit to promote learning for pleasure by people no longer in full time employment through the continued development of their individual capabilities, competencies, skills and understanding in subjects of educational value.
For public benefit Aspects Charity Appeal will provide (a) food aid by delivering food parcels to individuals who are at need of provisions of items, (b) clean drinking water by installing water pumps and water wells in areas deprived of access to clean water, (c) medical aid by grants and supporting other charities to fund the materials needed to provide medical assistance, (d) providing education to orphans by sponsoring youths on a yearly basis; if adults are sponsored they will receive the provision of facilities connected to vocational training.
Achievements and Performance
The charity has continued to establish itself and continues to build a firm foundation on which to begin meeting the objectives noted above.
Financial Review
Again this year the level of transactions has been modest. Income is represented by donations received of £25,689. Expenditure totals £25,707.
Net funds held by the charity at the year end amount to £2,104. Funds are unrestricted and are held on bank deposit.

Due to its current size and nature, the charity is managed by its Trustees, who are named below.
