Activities
The charity is moving from strength to strength. We have restructured. All trustees are now active. I am the advisor /founder member of the charity I have now retired therefore am able to dedicate more time to the charities activities.We have an exciting year ahead of us which includes securing an outlet so as we can raise funds to support our objectives and our activities.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Advance Public Education In, And Appreciation Of, Asian Performing Arts In All Its Aspects, In Particular By:(a) Increasing The Accessibility Of The Asian Performing Arts And Other Related Arts Through Performance, Workshops And Residencies Given By The Charity;(b) Improving Standards Through Training And Developing Of Technical Music Skills And Appreciation Of These Arts Through Lectures, Demonstrations And Workshops Allowing Participants To Gain Greater Insight Into The Process Involved In The Performance Of The Arts;(c) Encouraging And Assist Artists In Promoting And Advancing Their Practice, Presentation And Study Through Involving As Many People In The Participation Of Artistic Activity As Possible.
