|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|We took in 8 captive bred birds this year These<br>came from homes where they could no longer<br>be looked after.<br>We rescued 10 wild owls of which 6 (60%) were<br>nursed back to health and released back into the<br>wild. They were released as near as safely<br>possible to the place they were found. Some<br>were too badly injured so did not survive.<br>We only gave 1 talk to a college and 1 birthday<br>party this year. Due to covid restrictions we<br>were not allowed to visit. We were also closed<br>due to lockdown for a long period during this<br>financial period.<br>We continuing to improve the site for our<br>visitors and the Owls. We do not perform flying<br>displays with our birds.|
