**Activities:** The Cart Shed uses the natural environment to offer opportunities to try something new, improve well-being, find friendships and a place of calm. Based in Herefordshire our activities which include coppicing, coppice crafts and horticulture lend themselves to enabling individuals to explore ways to overcome and accept episodes in their lives they find difficult to manage.
