Beyond covering the cost of bank charges, no expenditure was incurred nor grants made during the reporting period. The trustees continue to be aware that, at some stage, they can expect to receive a legacy of a size which will represent a multiple of current resources, although by its nature the timing of this legacy remains uncertain. This will offer a muchincreased future opportunity to provide ongoing public benefit. The trustees continue to have regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission with respect to public benefit.

Section D Achievements and performance
**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
The trustees‘ resources remain extremely modest, as a result of the award of donations during previous years.
A small but important step was taken after the year end which was to move the charity’s banking relationship to an alternative, mainstream provider. The new bank provides a comprehensive on-line banking facility for charities at nil cost.
