TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNGER INHABITANTS AND PEOPLE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR ON LOW INCOMES OF THE PARISH, AND ALSO THOSE LIKEWISE LIVING IN GREATER LONDON INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BY DEVELOPING A BRIDGE BETWEEN THOSE PEOPLE AND THE CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED BY THE PROXIMITY OF THE SOUTH BANK AND NEARBY CENTRES OF THE ARTS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE LEARNING AND DEVELOP EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS;3. Also to promote, for the benefit of the public, the regeneration of Parish buildings for Faith, Community and Heritage purposes.
