## **Daylight Theatre Foundation Annual Report 01/04/2020 through 31/03/2021**
Monika Cleaver continued as Chair, Eddie Hughes is treasurer and Richard Gaskill is the Secretary. Their positions are to be held until 31 March 2023.
The charity has struck up a collaboration with Samuel Rhodes special school who will be staging the show of “Oliver!” This will be performed at Shaw Theatre.
Financially the charity has had a successful campaign raised another £750 toward the project.
Unfortunately, the show has had to be delayed several times and we are now hoping for a show around July 2022.
The only expenditure was for the show’s filming where a £500 deposit was paid.
The financial transactions and this report have been filed with the Charity commission.
