Prlncipal activitles
The charity's principal activity is the prevention or relief of povety, or financial hardship of
orphans, widows and other people in need, anywhere in the y￿r1d by providing, assisting and
advising in the provision of food, housing, education and healthcare projects.

Recruitment and Appointment of TNsteos
The tharity is govemed by a board of trustees. apart from the first charity tfustees,
every trustee must be appoirrted by a resolution passed at a properly Gonvened meeting
of the charity trustees.
In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees. the charity trustees must
have regard to the skills, knowledge and 8xperien¢e needed for the effective
adminstration of the CIO.
Trustee Inductlon and tralning
The charity trustees will make available to each new charity trustee, on or before his or
her appointment,a copy of the Current version of this constitution and a copy of the CIO'S
latest Trustees, Annual Report and statement of accounts.
Reserves policy
The trustees aim to ensure that SLrfficient funds are maintained to enable the company to carry
OLrt its aciivrties.
Risk management
The trustees have examined the major strategic. business and operational risks which the
charity faces and confimi that systems have been established to enable regular reports to be
produced so that the ne￿SSary steps can be taken to lessen these risks.
PubliG Benefrt Statement
The trustees have considered the general guidan￿ on public benefft issued by the Charities
Commission and have taken due regard of that guidance. The trustees consider that they are
satisfied that the charity's activities do provide a public benefit.
Rèsults for the year
The ¢harity reported a profit of £2834.00 for the period of operations.
The detailed results are set out in the attached financial statements.

We approve the accounts which comprise of the Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance
Sheet and the related notes. We acknowledge our responsibilities for the accounts. including the

1 Accounting basis
The accounts have been compiled on a basis that enables profits to be calculated in
