During this period our main achievements were: 

- Keeping local relevant bodies, organisations, clubs and schools aware of our existence and purpose by email and word of mouth. Our updated website contains contact details and information on how to apply for a grant as well as examples of grants awarded and projects completed. 

- Most recipient organisations have referenced the charity in newsletters, on social media and on their website expressing gratitude for our contributions. 

- We awarded the following grants: 

Monken Hadley Church £5,000 towards the restoration of their church hall for community activities. 

Ambitious About Autism £10,000 towards the provision of a multi sensory room for students at Treehouse School. 

The Archer Academy £9,150 to construct an outdoor cabin creating space for lessons and other activities. 

The Boys Clubhouse £5,596 for gym equipment for use at a community youth club. 

Museum of Homelessness £31,052 for construction work and a new kitchen in a converted building providing resources for the local homeless community.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of CSDS Foundation
I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of CSDS Foundation (the Trust} for
the year ended 5 April 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustee5 of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
a¢cordanc¢ with thc rcquirernents of the charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my exatnination of the Trust's accounts ¢arried out under scction 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying out my examination I hav¢ followed all the applicablc Dircctions givcn by the
Charity Commission under section 14515Kb} of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confim) ihat no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect=
l) Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Tn]st ￿ required by section 130 of the Act,. or
2) The accounts do not accord with those records,. or
3) The accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of
accounts set out in the Charities (Aceounts and Reports} ReL¥ulations 2008 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a-true and fair view. which is not a marter considered as part
of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
