We provided rebates for annual carpark passes at county parks in the

regular basis without haviro to pay parking fees each time. This is

We have gr¥en subsdies for family days out. This scheme has been
extremdy successful, in a &milar way to the car park pass scheme, as it
allows famih'es flexibilty to a￿ange activiti8s which tske into account their

We have encourag&J our families to be fti. active and healthy by

In run up to Chrtstmas we provid8J rebates forfamilies to enjoy 8
take away or some special treats this was meant for a meal out but due
to COVKI restrictK)ns reslaurants we ckjsed.
We also tffovided a rebate for leaming equipment due to home sch)oling
teing in place this last year.
We have maintsined and admintstered a Facebcok Chat group and
forum for advice and suppo¢ to allow 24 h(yJr sharing of information and
resources and for families to forge relationships. This continues to grow
in participants.

from their services. we have bec￿ne invoived in some of their fundraising
acts'vibes. Working in this collatKrative way we can support each otherfs
c(wnmon forge an inclusive arKI supportNe local communty
clfer. We have also given a talk to the Daventy st Johns Ambulance
team (including th￿r Cadets) alxjui the condition and how they can adapt
their service to meet drffering needs.
In providing ttw8 Serv￿eS. trustees have consulted on aTrJ gfven due
regard to the commissicn's wbiic benefit guidance. Although the main
t￿￿1clarIeS of benefils are the families associated wilh the Rugby area,
cAJr charty has a WKler purpose. This ir￿lUdeS raising awareness and
understsnding of Autign related condttions,. educating th8 public in
g8n8ral thro￿h various mediums. such as the internet., invtstion to our
AGM. Iccal m&Jia coverage and so-fth. Any m8mbers of our
communty who firKI themsefves fac&J wrth dragnos4s, education issues,
health and 9xBF care ￿SUeS or just needing reer to peer support will
krK)w of cw be easity able to firKJ wr charity to gain the help and support
they need.

We have continued to expand cw and equipment library which is a
free service for our members and we have improved access to this

harity. We have extendad our poliC￿S to make us a robust and
transparent chanty and conts'nue to rev￿ these regulaty.
We have maintained a central S￿rce of information and news-sharing
regarding Autism and its linked CL￿drtIo￿S and intderances from around
the wodd via wr website and Facetcok pages to keep families informed
on the latest developments and to gNe them strategies and ideas.

more user-fnendly and accesgtAe.

Financial review
We have a pdicy on our reserves, written and agreed by the Trustees. It
ststes that we should aim to maintain a reserve of no less than £3000
arKI no more than £100CM) in unrestricted funds. Monies allocat
through grants for specrfic pr(¥ects should be monitored to ensure they
are used within any time-scales they are subject lo. However due to the
present situation wilh CovKI-19 we have had to wspend any allocation of
funds and hence the bank balancè is over this amount. Th8 funds will be
distritrMJbJ as and when the Government guidelines alk)w.

to ensure our funds are allccated to ￿ltable new projects cf necessary
running costs of the charity.
