HCPC Trusties Annual Report 2023 -2024

This year has seen a further reduction in food donations to HCPC. We have now been placed in the difficult position of having to prioritise who has a food parcel. The actions of C&CS Trading Standards, Labour Councillors have had an adverse impact on our ability to operate effectively.

The ‘7yr Plan’ at the field in Pontarddulais is running behind schedule. C&CS Trading Standards have been acting Maliciously and committed perjury in the Lower Court. The APHA vet who also committed Perjury has fled back to his country of origin, Italy and it is frustrating that SW-Police are refusing to carry out an investigation into Perjury.

Near to the ‘Field in Pontarddulais’, has become a drop off point drugs entering SWANSEA due to the small country roads and proximity to J47 and J48 of the M4. SW-Police and D-P Police are inept in keeping the area safe. Hostile actions by the small number of families living in the Hamlet has had an impact on HCPC operation. It is speculation whether there is a connection in this new activity in the area.
