enquiries of other dircctors and officials of the company, the following represenlations
given to you in connection with your audit of the company's accounts for the period
ended 30 September 2024.
l. We acknowledge as directors our responsibility for making accurate representations
to you and for the accounts which you have prepared for the company. All the
accounting records have been made available to you for the purpose of your audit
and all the transactions undertaken by the company have been properly reflected
and recorded in the accounting records. All other records and related infonnation,
including minutes of all management and shareholders, meetings. have been made
available to you.
2. Balance Sheet Disclosure
a. All the &ssets included in the balance sheet belonged to the company and,
except as disclosed in the accounts. were free from any ¢harg¢. All tangible
assets belonging to the company ar¢ included.
b. Fixed assets are shown after deducting depreciation at rales which are, in our
opinion, adequate to reduce the net book value of each asset to its estimatcd
residual value by the end of its probable useful life in the company's business.
No item properly chargeable to revenue is included.
All other current &ssets are expected to realise. in the ordinary course of
business, at least the amounts at which they are stated. In particular, provision,
which in our opinion is adequatc, has been made against all amounts owing to
the company which are known or may bc cxpectcd to be 1￿cCoVerable.
d. All liabilities of the company at the above date are included in the balance sheet.
3. Profit and Loss Account

Except as disclosed in the accounts, the results for the period were not materially
affected by:
a. Transactions of a sort not usual undertaken by the company.
b. Exceptional or extraordinary items or circumstances.
Charges or credits relating to prior periods.
d. Any change in the basis of accounting.
4. The company has no liabilities or contingent liabilities other than those disclosed in
thc accounts.
5. There has been no event since the balance sheet date which requires disclosing or
which would materially affect the amounts in the accounts, oth¢r than those already
disclosed or included in the accounts.
6. The company has had at no time during the year any arrangement, transaction or
agreement to provide credit facilities (including loans, quasi-loans or credit
transactions) for directors nor to guarantee or provide security for such matters.
7. W¢ confimi that we have disclosed to you all related party transactions relevant to
th¢ company, and that we are not aware of any fvrther related party matters that
require disclosure.
8. The company has not contracted for, nor authorised any capital expenditure other
than &s disclosed in the accounts.
9. We confinn that there has been no significant breach of those laws or regulations
which are central to the company's ability to conduct its business.
