Objects: (1) The Objects Of The CIO Are: (A) The Advancement Of Education; (B) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty; (C) The Advancement Of Health Or The Saving Of Lives; And (D)the Advancement Of Conflict Resolution Or Reconciliation Or The Promotion Of Religious Or Racial Harmony Or Diversity, Worldwide, And In Particular But Not Exclusively For The Benefit Of Children And Youths Resident In The Poorest Nations Of The Middle East, South Asia And Africa By Way Of School, Educational And Rehabilitation Programs Focussing On Promoting Literacy, Access To Medical Care, An Understanding Of, And Good Relations Between People Of Different Beliefs And Racial Origins. (2)Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 Or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
