**Activities:** Ripley and District Agricultural and Horticultural Society Limited operates an annual show and has done for in excess of 160 years.   The show is held on the 2nd Sunday in August in Ripley Castle Park by kind permission of Sir Thomas and Lady Ingilby. The show covers a broad spectrum of agricultural, horticultural, equestrian and other major attractions and is run on a full charitable basis.
