||||During<br>the summer<br>term,<br>FOM made a donation<br>to enable<br>Manland|to|
||||continue<br>to fund<br>additional<br>cleaning<br>requirements.<br>The trustees<br>were||
||||keen<br>to ensure<br>that<br>the<br>cleanliness<br>and<br>hygiene<br>of the school|was|
||||prioritised<br>in the absence of additional<br>Government<br>funding<br>for this.||
||||Educational<br>subscri<br>tions||
||||The<br>charity<br>funded<br>a package<br>of online<br>educational<br>subscriptions|to|
||||facilitate<br>both<br>in class and horne learning.||
||||Su<br>ort for a Learnin<br>Mentor||
||||The Learning<br>Mentor provides<br>additional<br>support<br>to children<br>experiencing||
||||difficulty,<br>whether<br>through<br>bereavement,<br>anxiety or other<br>life challenges.||
||||The charity cannot fund core teaching<br>staff but the trustees<br>decided|that|
||||by supporting<br>this<br>position<br>they<br>could<br>support<br>all the<br>children<br>at|the|
||||school, as the Learning<br>Mentor can be called<br>upon to provide<br>additional||
||||classroom<br>and other support<br>when<br>required<br>to ensure<br>that teachers|can|
||||focus on teaching<br>all students<br>without<br>their teaching<br>time being reduced||
||||by the need to deal with other issues.||
||||The trustees<br>having<br>carefully considered<br>the funding<br>ofthese projects||
||||considered<br>that these are not items of expenditure<br>which could have||
||||been funded<br>from core school funds as the cost ofthese items could not||
||||be financed<br>by the funding<br>received<br>by the school from the Local||
||||Education<br>Authority<br>or the Department<br>for Education.||
