Young professionals, 'Devs'. were auditioned in July *0?3 and placed in a fornial mentorlmeniee relationship with a member af LMTO for the durwion of the year-long programme. For the year under review. there were 17 Devs. with 14 corresponding mentors. Fifteen of the seventeen worked on at least one of our concerts, with two awaiting a suilable show atMI matching diary availabilily. The new scheme continuos to show its succ&sses with some of the biggest celebralions of the year including one Dev securing a chair on a lourin8 show and at kasl four Devs becornTng regular deps in shows across the West End and on tours.
