Bringing back a piece of derelict land into use by various groups and individuals as allotments plots and a community garden. The first site is in full use and each plot is being used by groups or individuals. There are plans to expand on the concept of this first site to provide further growing spaces within Widnes. The trustees have read the guidance on public benefit and have taken regard of the Charity Commissions guidance in all aspects of the Summary of the main charities activities. activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
A mixture of ages now use the Allotments & Community Garden site.
The whole site is fully accessible and the land is back in use as allotment
plots and community garden, with communal facilities.
Unfortunately due to Covid we were unable to operate for most of the
year.
