ball resulted in net proceeds to the charity

fundraising activities resulted in total net
proceeds (before charitable donations), of
£57,268 for the year ended 31stAugust
2024.
FOD made donations totalling £6,377.
This amount was made up of £1.5k each to
Autistica, Drake Cancer Research,
Wycombe Food Hub and Cook Diabetes
UK. These Charities were selected by the
pupils of Davenies.
A further £20,000 is being held in a savings
account for the development of a new
Science building.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
