The financial statements have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis.

The objeclNe of lan Prott MND Foundation {the foundation) is to promote and protect the physKal and
mental heamh of SLrffarers of Motor Nourone Disease IMND} and their families by tha provision of grants of
financial assistance and to advance the education of the public by supporting Tesearch into Motor Neurone
Disease {MND) and disswninallng the u8efLtI re8ulls public benofit.
We a¢hwed a totsl incom• of £20.688 from fund raising activities during Ihg year 10 31 Decgmber 2(Y20.
Expendrture was £40.789 of whKh a £35,C￿0 grant lo SiTr•n Sheffield. was for assistance lo purchase
research equipment and lo assist further research. We propose lo pay another £32,000 to SiTran from fund8
eamed durin9 the year.
The Trust￿ recefved athice from The Charity Commiss￿n during the fomiation of our Constitution
document. Changes and recommendaivJns were reflectgj therein. The Trustees have paid due regard to
guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the charity should undertake.
