Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
The church, Unified Body of Christ Church International is a charity constitution and continues to operate as a charity, with three appointed trustees (stated above). They ensure the church objective is being achieve and they manage other various church affairs.
The objective of Unified Body of Christ Church International is to advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with statement of belief in such ways and in such parts if the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit. Secondly, UBCCI aims to relief people from poverty, hardship and distress for people living in the UK and Africa. Finally, the advancement of the Christian religion in Africa and the UK.
There have been no charges in the objectives of the church since it began.
The summary of the charity’s objective is to provide general charitable needs to the community surroundings.

During this annual year, activities that took place were closely related to the charity’s objective. Therefore, the activities that took place were:

Additionally, due to the pandemic some annual activities were not hosted as it was not possible because of the lockdown.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
In the autumn, the church hosted worship night for the community and members of the church.
During the Christmas season the church hosted Carols night and Christmas dinner.
During financial year weekly activities such as care for toddlers and young people were occurring. This benefitted the people in the church and in the local community.
However, due the pandemic, annual events did not happen.

Fundraising includes offerings, tithes and other donations received from congregation.

The charity’s main source of finance was through fundraising through offerings and tithes received from congregation or volunteers.
The funds raised was used to support the activities run by the business. All the expenses made has supported the objectives set by this charity. Some of the activities included: church events such as an annual holiday club for the community and evangelism.

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under s477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
