Welcome
The CJ Church of the Nazarene AGM commenced at 12:00noon and was chaired by the Reverend Doctor Christians. Mrs Lorraine Daw officiated as Church Secretary. The Annual General Meeting was incorporated with the Sunday Morning Church Service.
Minutes of last AGM held on 12[th] February 2023
The Church Secretary read the minutes from the last AGM held on the 12[th] February’2023. It was moved, seconded, All in favour.

The Chairman and Pastor – Reverend Doctor Trevor Christians read the Pastoral report to all the attendees.

Memorial Roll was read out for Pastor Bentham and Mrs Walters. A moment silence and a prayer was actioned.

Closing Hymn/Prayer
The motion to adjourn the meeting was voiced. Moved, seconded, All in favour. The closing hymn sang was “All For Jesus” Prayer of dedication and benediction was done by Pastor Christians The meeting was adjourned at 14:10.

The Financial Statements of Clapham Junction Church of the Nazarene was inspected according to the Financial Year 30[th] September 2024.
The inspection was made in accordance with the audit guidelines of Charitable Organisation Business Methods, and the financial statements are prepared in accordance with the HMRC Regulations.
The audit was done against the Church’s Cash Book, Invoices Receipts and Financial Bank Statements of the Barclays Bank.
All cash flow was consistent in accordance with the principles authorized by the Clapham Junction Church of the Nazarene and the Treasurer must be commended for the discipline way in which the finances are managed.
