**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS FOLLOWS: (1) IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE MANAGERS OF THE HOLY TRINITY CHURCH OF ENGLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL, AT MARLOW, IN THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT SCHOOL; (2) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SAID SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE SAID MANAGERS AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY; AND (3) IN OTHERWISE ADVANCING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SAID SCHOOL.
