Mill Centre Annual Report 2024-25

The Mill Centre was handed back to Canterbury City Council on 5[th] May 2022

Utilities have been stopped. We have no further expenditure.

A trustees meeting was held on 23[rd] October 2025 and a dissolution document was signed.

As our bank account frozen, we are in the process of unlocking it so that final expenses can be paid and the remainder of the funds transferred to Bridge Parish Council to be held in escrow:

a) for youth facilities in the new village hall.

b) if the new village hall is not completed by 1[st] January 2030, the funds to be transferred to the Bridge Village Hall Management Committee for youth activities.

c) if the BVHMC no longer exists at that date, funds to be applied by the Parish Council at its discretion.

My thanks to the rest of the committee for their support over the past year.

Mark Esdale Chairman & Treasurer 28[th] May 2026
