The trustees present their report with the financial ststements for the Charity for the year ending 31•T December 2024.
The trustees have adopled the prowsions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable to Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financlal Reporting StandaTd
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective 0111 january 20191.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTivmES
AIM
Our aim is the prevention and relief ot poverty to create an environment where theycan lead a happyand healthy life.
OBJECTNES
The objects ofthe Charity are set out in the Charty'sTrust Deed and are summarised as foilows:_
Providing and assisting in the provision ot edu¢8tion. training and healthcare pfojectswhi¢h WÉU support the orphan8
and enable them to generate sustainable income èventually becoming ¥elf-sufficient.
To relieve the poverty of wullg people enablingthem to partiCiF4te in healthy. educational and recreational activities
that were othernmse unaffordable.
STRATEGY
Our strategyfor the achievement of these objects is to ideniify areas where emeoency or piiority help is required and
then to start projects that will meet the needs of the orphans. We then fundraise for those projects and establish them
on the ground with the help of vc4unleers. We assist and monitor the progress and delivery of the projects thereafter.
USE OF VOLUNTEERS
The trustees are developing a pool ot volunteers to assist with their work. The trustees are extremely grateful for the
efforts ofthe volunteers and the publi¢ who support our appealsand have undertaken thefundrnisingwithin theif spare
tim8 to help those less fortunate.
Love40rphans are putting in place avolunteer policywith due diligence and codes of conduct.

In line with its ovm objects, th8 Charity continues to provide serwceg and actiwties as summarised belcw. We help
Ihose who afe affected through hardship to survive. and ￿ look to bètter their lives in challenging circumstances.
RELIEFOFHARDSHIPACTivrriES
During the year under review. the Charity has supported orphans and extremely poor tsmilies in the SWhet district of
Bangladesh by providing food and clothing. Dufing the period under rewew, the Charity has also supported the
purchase of Land in Mauritania to help with the development of an orphanage and schocA.
FUTURE PLANS
The Charity will look to continue raising funds. spending the monies fa¢sed to provide support and aid to the poorer
families. widows and orphans in the Sylhet district of Bangladesh.

Commission on OP June 2016 under Charity Number 116752. It is governed by a constitulion adopted on 22rf May
2016.

There are four trustees. The existing trustees are responsible for the recwitment of new trustees and wiu appoint
additionaltrustees 8$ required.

Trust) for the year ending 31st December 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsiblg ft)r the prgparation of the accounts in accordance with th8
requirements of the Charities Act 20111°theAct°l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying
out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 14515llb
of the Act.
Independent Examiners Statement
I have compleled my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with
the examination giving cause to believe that in any material respect:

1) ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of proparingthe tinancial statoments
The financial statements of the Charity, which is a public benefit entity under FRS102 have been piepared in
accordance with the Chaiities SORP IFRS 1021"Accounting and Reporting by Charities- Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable to charities preparing their account5 in accordanee with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 leffectiNe 1 january 20191". Financial Reporting Standard 102
'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland. and the Chorltles Act 2011. The
financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Income
All incomo is recognised in thg Statement of Financial Activtties once the Charity has entitlement to the funds. it is
probable that the income will be received. and the amount can be mèasLtied reliably.
ExpeTrdlturo
Liabilities are recogrFised as expenditure as soon as the￿ is a legal or constructive obligation committing the Charity
to that expenditure. il is probable that a transferof economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount of
the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified
under headings that aggregate all costs related to the category. Where costs ¢annot be directly aitributed to headings,
they have been allocated to activities on 8 basis consistent with the use of resources.

The Charity is exempt from tsx on its charitable 8Ctivitio¥.

UnrestTlCted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.
Restricted funds can only be used for restricted purposes within the objects of the Charity. Restrictions arise when
specified bythe donor or when funds are raised for restricted purposes.
