Cambridgeshire Rowing Association th Audit Report 1st October 2024 to 30 September 2025 th Richard Moseley and I completed the audit report for the year ended 30 September 2025. We would like to thank Stephen Wyborn for his answers to our questions and his clear presentstions of the financial ststements. Our comments are as follows Winter League-yet again the Winter League Organisers allowed crews to race when their clubs had not paid either an Affiliation Fee or a Co-option Fee; this despite acknowledging an email from Mike Arnold that college clubs must paya co-option fee before racing. The Constitution states that all clubs that enter any of the CRA events Iwinter League, Bumps, Time Race and CRA HORI should pay either an Affiliation Fee or Co-option Fee prior to entering. This includes all CUCBC College Clubs. We recommend that the CRA Secretary writes to the Winter League Organisers and remlnds them of this fact and their obligations to collect the fees. The AGM or Delegates need to decide what actton to take regarding this blatant disregard of the CRA const[tu￿On rules that they are tasked wlth working under. Bumps Fines-three clubs have still to pay their fines at the end of the year, Champs, Express and Radegund Mike Arnold Richard Moseley
