## **Note on activity during the financial year:** 

During the reporting period the charity undertook no financial transactions. This was due to organisational restructuring, including a change of charity name from Slough Development and Education Centre 



(SDEC) to Dhaxalreeb Foundation, amendments to the constitution, appointment of additional trustees, and the opening of a new charity bank account. 

The charity remained compliant with Charity Commission requirements during this period and is now operational, with members agreeing to pay annual membership fees and plans in place to resume activities.
