- During this period, we did not receive any external funding or support, which added to the financial challenges

## **Key Achievements** :

Our charity has provided a safe space for women to discuss and address social issues, share their experiences, and collectively work towards community development.

Many of the women who participated in the program reported increased self-confidence and a sense of empowerment. This, in turn, had a positive impact on their personal lives and the lives of their families.

During the year, we experienced changes within our trustee board. Trustees Mohamed Yusuf, Ahmed Abdirahman, and Hersi Salah resigned from their positions, and we extend our gratitude for their dedication and service.

## **Future plans and Goals** :

In the face of continued challenges posed by the pandemic, we remain committed to our mission. As we move forward, we aim to:

- Explore alternative fundraising avenues and partnerships to secure sustainable funding.

- Continue adapting our programs to the evolving needs of the community.
