Introduction:
The Slough Development and Education Centre (SDEC) is pleased to present the Trustee Annual Report for the year ending 09/12/2021. This report outlines our activities and achievements during the past year, despite not receiving any financial contributions. SDEC remains steadfast in its commitment to enhancing education and social welfare within the Slough community.
Charity Aims:
As a charitable organization, SDEC exists to further the well-being of residents in Slough and the surrounding area. We provide educational opportunities and social welfare facilities to all, without discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, race, or any political, religious, or other opinions. Our mission is to unite residents, local authorities, voluntary organizations, and others in a collaborative effort to advance education and promote recreational activities for social welfare.

Activities and Achievements:
During the fiscal year 09/12/2020 to 09/12/2021, the Slough Development and Education Centre focused on the following activities:
Weekly Walking Sessions:
Despite the financial challenges faced during this year, SDEC continued to organize weekly walking sessions at the local park. These sessions provided a valuable opportunity for approximately 20 women to engage in physical activity and social interaction. We believe that physical health and community engagement are integral to our mission of promoting social welfare.
Volunteer Dedication:
We acknowledge the tireless dedication of our volunteers who generously contributed their time, skills, and effort to ensure the success of our weekly walking sessions and other initiatives. Their commitment is a testament to the strength of our organization.
