charity (tthe Trust") for the year ended
As the chanvs trustees. you are re5ponslble for the preparation of the
accounts In accordancé with the requir8ments of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act.).
I report In respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts carrled out
under section 145 of th8 2011 Act and in carrylng out my examlnation. I
have followed all the applicable Diréctions giv8n by th8 Charity Commlssion
under section 145(51{b) cf the Act.
Independent tfhe charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to

corne to my attention In connection with the examination (other than that
