The charity comprises the board of Trustees, all in the UK, and a Director on the ground of the first project area in Morocco.

This charity is effectively dormant at the moment. Besides monitoring and maintenance of the trees planted in the previous years the charity can report no new initiatives. No monies were raised and none were spent. The only costs, those of maintaining the website, were met by the Director. Regarding Public Benefit, the Trustees are confident that the Commission’s guidance on the subject is satisfied in full.
