I report on the accounts of the charity for the year from 01 September 2020 to 31 August 2022.
The charity5 trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the
2011Actl, and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts (under Section 14511 Ila) of the 2011 Acti;
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
(Ljnder section 145151 of the 2Q11Actl,' and
to state whether particular matter5 have come to my attention.
BAS15 OF INDEPENDENT EXMIINER'S STATEMENT
My examination was cartled out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the chanty and a
comparison of the accounts presented Wlth those records. It also include5 consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the account5, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concernTrng any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not prowde all the evidence that would be requTred in an
audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on whether the accounts present a 'true and
fair view..

The trustees who served the charity during the period were as follows:

PUBLIC BENEFIT STATEMENT AND OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES
In setting OLSt the objectives and planning the actiwties, the trustees have given careful consideration
to complying with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have regard to the public benefit
guidance published by the Charity Commission. All our projects and services have continued to grow as
well as some new, benefiting great many more of the community.
In keeping with Dbjectives. we continue to develop our facilities for advance religion of Islam,
advancement of education for local community people. The Charity carries out wide range of act7Vities
in pursuance of its charitable aims. The trLJStee5 consider that these activities and benefits to provide
the wider community of Northampton.
The madra5ah has been a place of education and learning for the local community. Almost 30 number
of pupils are taught a wide range of 151amic subjects at every week day in evening and weekend.
We also provide Social culture and recreational activities, Religious studies, Marriage ceremonies and
funerals services.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Thanks to donors that we were able to provide more and more services, which wa5 much appreciated
by the local community people. We were also upgrade adult 151amic education service5 and increasing
ore facilities for your vulnerable children.
We work vrith multi faith groups in order to promote social harmony and safer community.
Our prime focus continue5 to be promoting knowledge and providing much needed services, within its
Scope of operation, to all the communities. Our Open-door Open-mind policy has produced many
enqu7r5es and has resulted in numerou5 Wslts by local Schools and other groups. Various fundraising and
cultural events took place during the year, in line with inter-faith and community cohe510n work.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The income is generated from donations collected froffl Muslim people and Muslim organisations. The
incoming resources are detailed and expanded upon in the Financial Statements.
