THROUGH INCREASING AWARENESS AND AVAILABILITY OF
DEFIBRILLATORS IN PUBLIC PLACES.
EDUCATING CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN PERFORMING CPR AND THE
USE OF PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATORS.

Deffibrillators were purchased and. where environmentsl factors allowed,
external cabinets were purchased to make the defibrillators public access
(readily available 241T).
When required (x)nsumables (replacement pads and batteries) were
purchased to keep defibrillators in working order.

achievements of the charity
during the year
Over the twelve months to 30 April 2025 the following activities were
undertaken.
Over the last 12 months we have been able to place 14 public access
defibrillators & cabinets at the following locations.

Gidea Park Prep School, Romford
Nisa Local. Wetvryn Garden City
Coldhartwr Lane Allotment Club. Harpenden
Wiltshire Park Estate
Mill Green Golf Club, Haffield
King's Communty Church, Letchworth Garden City
Chipperfield Corinthians FC. Chipperfield
North Greenford United FC, Greenford
The John Bunyan, St Albans
Merton Abbey Mills, London
Crawley Green Sports & Social Club. Luton
We also placed a defibrillator cabinet only within
Roundwood Park Sthool, Harpenden
This year has been one of strong progress and meaningful impact for the
charity. We have continued to expand our lifesaving infrastructure by
installing and maintaining 14 public access defibrillators across our
communities ensuring vital equipment is available where and when it is
needed most. Alongside this. we delivered several public awareness
sessions, helping people gain the confidence and knowledge to act in
emergency sitL'ations. These sessions remain a comerstone of our work.
empowering indtviduals and strengthening communty resilien￿.
We are particularly proud of our collaboration with a partner charity, Herts
for Hearts. to enhance emergency preparedness even further. Through
this partnership. we successfully placed 30 bleed control kits into
defibrillator cabinets this year. a significant step foruard in providing
immediate care during critical incidents. This work, along with the
dedication of our volunteers and supporters, was recognised through a
community award from 3 Counties Radio, an honour that reflects the
collective efftxt and commitment behind everything we do.

ontinued support. which enables us to save lives and make a lasting
differen￿.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **30 / 04 / 2025** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
