for the preparation of Ihe accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Charities Act 2011 (the Act.).

of the Act and in carrying out my examinatlon I have follthved all the applicable Directions
glven by Ihe Charity Commission urKler section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
