The minutes of the Annual Parochial Church Meeting APCM) held on Sunday May 22, 2022, at 12:30 pm in St. Martin of Tours Church, Pastoral Centre

Opening prayer – Father Tim Brampton
Appointment of Church Wardens – Elkin Neblett and Daphne Plant – All members present voted in favour accepted by John Schofield and seconded by Tracy Whitt.
Church Electoral Roll – see attached sheet with total count as of April 2022
Deanery Synod – Father Tim Brampton encouraged congregation for volunteers as Lay Members but there were No volunteers and so Bob Easby and Cynthia Lofthouse said they would carry on in the position until it can be filled.
Financial report – see attached reports given by Treasurer Mike Low this report was in favour by all present and was accepted by Roger Hobson and seconded by Bob Easby.
Church Wardens report – was given by Daphne Plant and Elkin Neblett see attached reports all were in favour of the report and was accepted by Chris Brampton and seconded by Peter Reid.
PCC minutes- will be left at the back of the church after meetings which was stopped during the covid restrictions if you have questions, you can always ask the PCC Secretary.
Safeguarding representatives – are needed for getting DBL checks performed for members of the church that may need them for such as Sunday school and other positions in the Church and also volunteers needed for Sunday school.
The Table which is run by Chris Lovell and ran this program gave a update on the return of this program now that covid restrictions have eased and the turnout has been great and left information and a report on what the program has done.
The PCC elections were announced all were in favour see attached report of the results.
