| The Trustees hold monthly planning meetings |
to organise | its day-to- | |||
| day operation. Meetings are attended by the trustees with |

| development consultant and finance officer in |
attendance. | ||||

| and wellbeing and the promotion ofequality and diversity ofwomen |
