**Activities:** Launch pad promote healthy recreation in particular by providing sporting facilities for participating in a variety of trampolining and gymnastics disciplines as a means to promote healthy and active lifestyles.We provide classes for children, adults and for those with disabilities. Sessions are available for pure recreational and for those who want to follow a competitive elite  pathway
